Ashtead Village Day 2010
August 13, 2010 – 5:44 pm | No Comment

Unlike many villages for whom a village day is a couple of stalls in the high street, Ashtead village goes 1 step further with a field full of stalls, displays, rides and things  to do. Of course of interest to us would be the large display of vintage, classic, retro and American cars along side a brace of Routemasters (from Cobham bus museum) and a display of classic military vehicles, all of which processed from the high street to Barnet wood recreation ground. There was plenty to see and drool over, several GT40 replicas, Aston Martins, Caterham 7′s, MG-A, B and C. but the pictures show the best of the cars and the procession.
