Well, those are the pics from the owner of the car, had it for just about a week now, and really like it.

Plans:

Wheels - Brock B2's in 15x7 with 195/45's
Coilies - Bring it to earth a bit
Pressed plates & Seat plate surrounds

What engine size is it? Will this replace the Peugeot?

It's mine & the gf's car, she uses it for going to work & back everyday and I'll just use it as a runabout

Well, got the wheels ordered 8)



Brock B2's in 15x7, ET35

Coilovers will be ordered within the next week

And thanks to my bro Mick who was at the Edition 38 show today, I got my new pressed plates and plate surrounds (which the bloke says is only 1 of 2 sets of these surrounds in the UK) 8) 8)

Anyhoo, the car was £2300, full yr's MOT put on it and 6 months tax

Great car, seriously, for a 1.4, it's bloody nippy! SO quiet inside, and the interior isn't that bad either.

This was built in the early days of VW ownership of Seat in their factory just outside Barcelona, Spain, they were also building the Polo saloon on the same production line and the VW Sharon/Ford Galaxy in the same plant IIRC.

The wheels arrived today




Should be this weekend hopefully and I'll get it up to Mick @ S&M Motorsport for the fitting of the coilies and get the wheels on 8)

Well, thanks to Mick @ S&M Motorsport, on Saturday we got the coilies on the Ibiza, but due to a mess up with getting tyres, for a short stint I'll be using G60 steels as these are the exact same size as the Brock's I'm using and with the same tyre size I want, so gives me the perfect chance to sort out the ride height I want.

Yeah, love it on the steels, but the other half isn't really keen on them, and I reckon it'll be alot better on the Brock's

Drives fine mate, no bodyroll, a bit stiff, but nothing major.

It'll be getting raised a bit, prolly 5/10mm at the front and 20/30mm at the rear, as the chassis rails scrape going over massive speedbumps.
