just a thought, not sure if this one has come up before, but what about a meastro R seris 1600 mg engine? not much differant to the E series is it?

Doesn't the E-series have gears in sump and the R have a gearbox?

what about a SOHC 1.6 vtec honda engine . then a turbo
thay come with 125 bhp,
seen guys with 200+ bhp with a stock rods pistons etc 7-8psi
