Could anyone take ownership of the Allegro for awhile? I had hoped I could MOT it by the end of this month but that looks very unlikely because I'm so snowed under with work but as from the 1st April I'm supposed to be at home in Sussex for 4 weeks. I dont really want to leave it un mot'd and taxed in a council car park without me being there.

:help:

Yes, wife. It is totally necessary to have 3 cars...

Two ball joints replace, steering rack gaiter and a small patch of welding where the drivers side wheel arch meets the sill.

Beyond my "expertise" I'm afraid. If you just need somewhere to store it you're more than welcome to bring it down here.

Storage is the bigger issue. If its left here (in Canterbury) and the council notice it, or one of the neighbours complain about it, it could get towed off without me even knowing. :P

The offer still stands of free outdoor storage at Halton.

I'll be about the weekend of the 12th if it can be shifted then (HP22 postcode). I won't be back again till the end of June or early July, but it'll be safe there in the meantime.

Oh, and hello! :pardon:

Once I've got my 205 sorted (currently in getting new engine, gearbox, power steering, rad, starter...the list goes on) I'd like to get her on the road. I'll just book an MOT and drive her over here if need be.

Its fine at mine until the end of May, after that something has to be done because I'm moving out and haven't got room for it back at home. Maybe we could sort out transportation and its next resting point soon?
